Peyton Mills

Peyton Mills joined the Piper team in June 2024 as a Project Specialist. Her role includes creating social media content, deploying newsletters, drafting press releases, assisting with media tracking and researching the latest industry trends.

Originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, Peyton moved to Knoxville after receiving her Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Radford University in 2023, where she served as a graduate teaching fellow teaching public speaking. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in communications in 2020 from Radford University, where she was named Outstanding Communications Student of the Year in 2018 and Dean’s Scholar finalist in 2019.

When she’s not at work, you can find her painting, cheering on the Volunteers, or at the golf course playing a quick round.
