Launched in 2021, the Smart Factory Institute is a business-driven effort guided by the Tennessee Manufacturers Association. It drives innovation and technology in Tennessee and the southeastern United States. The Institute hosts several signature events annually, providing advanced manufacturers and technology providers with connections, collaborative relationships, and certifications for improving manufacturing processes.
Solution.
Piper Communications developed relationships with local, statewide, and national manufacturing trade reporters and media outlets to increase the Smart Factory Institute’s visibility, attendance, and reputation. We drafted and distributed media alerts, press releases, guest columns, and thought leadership content for 10+ events.
